The primary role of a 401(k) advisor is to assist plan trustees in ensuring fiduciary responsibilities are handled in accordance with guidelines set forth in the Employee Retirement Income Security Act and enforced by the Department of Labor, the Department of the Treasury, the Internal Revenue Service, and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.

RELiANCE advisors emphasize the management of fiduciary liability through high levels of employee education and employer-level consultation. We work with third parties that offer competitive investment products and service platforms to assist our clients with their retirement objectives while providing the trustees with confidence that their employees are being appropriately supported.

We recognize that management of fiduciary responsibility, total fee transparency, and consistent advisor accessibility are critical factors in sustaining long-term client relationships, and we take pride in staying ahead of the industry standard for plan advisors.
